1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Jawabk platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Using the service means you agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Jawabk is an AI-powered automation platform that allows businesses to:

  • Set up customized AI agents for customer communication.
  • Connect social accounts (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Upload business documents to train the AI (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Manage conversations from a unified inbox and track analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time.

3. Billing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.
  • Subscriptions and credit limits are currently managed directly by our platform administrators.
  • If applicable, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • There are no refunds for partial periods or unused credits.

4. User Obligations & Uploaded Content

By uploading business documents or providing custom instructions to your AI agent, you agree that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses and rights to use and upload such documents.
  • Your uploaded documents do not contain illegal content, malware, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • You remain fully responsible for the content and instructions you provide.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our services to:

  • Violate any applicable local or international laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Collect user data without proper consent.
  • Interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or performance.
  • Violate the Terms of Service of our third-party integrations (e.g., Meta's policies for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee 100% availability, error-free service, or that the AI will always function perfectly.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. AI and Integration Disclaimers

  • AI Accuracy: AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for monitoring your agent's responses and stepping in when necessary.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business results, lead conversions, or performance metrics from using the Service.
  • Third-Party Services: Third-party integrations (like Meta) are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, API changes, or account suspensions on those platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time.
  • You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
